What data we collect
Data you send us
When you send a request through the website form or the traffic sign builder, call us or email us, we receive the data you provide:
- name and, where relevant, company name
- email address and phone number
- site address, work dates and the content of your request
- files attached to the request (e.g. a photo or drawing)
- our correspondence with you
Log files
The website stores technical log data such as IP address, browser and device type and time of visit. We use it to keep the website running and secure. We do not identify individuals from log data.

Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Your data may be processed by our service providers who help us run the website and email (e.g. hosting and email providers). They may only use the data according to our instructions. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed to reply to your request, perform the contract or meet legal obligations. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we process about you and receive a copy of it;
- have incorrect or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data deleted when there is no longer a basis for processing it;
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format or have it transferred to another controller;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
