Vacuum cleaning and washing
We clean streets, car parks, yards, garages, outdoor areas and storage yards. The machine binds the dust with water, so no dust cloud is created.

What we do
The vacuum collects fine dust and sand too. Suited to city streets and busy roads.
Quick, dust-free cleaning of pavements, car parks, yards and garages.
For everyday upkeep: the machine wets the surface so dust does not rise.
Pressure washing removes dirt and sediment where sweeping is not enough.
Where and when we clean
We do one-off jobs and regular maintenance for housing associations, property managers and companies.
Why dust-free cleaning?
Sweeping throws fine dust into the air, from where it settles on facades and cars and gets into people’s lungs. A vacuum cleaner collects the debris and dust together with water straight into the machine.
This is especially important on busy streets, in residential yards, and in multi-storey car parks and garages, where dust would otherwise stay put.
What to describe in your enquiry
For a quote, give the location and approximate size of the area, the surface type, and whether you need a one-off job or regular maintenance. It helps to know whether cars are parked in the area and when cleaning can be done. For a multi-storey car park or garage, also tell us the entrance height and the number of floors, so we can check whether the machine can get in.
Preparing for spring cleaning
In spring, it is best to remove the winter grit before it grinds down and starts creating dust. For the machine to reach everywhere, cars must be moved out of the area during cleaning. If you are a housing association or property manager, we recommend notifying residents in good time. A large car park can be done in sections, so some spaces stay in use at all times. We agree the date so that the association has enough time to notify residents.
Work at a convenient time
Work can also be done at night or early in the morning, when car parks and streets are empty.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order vacuum sweeping for a housing association courtyard?
Yes. For a courtyard, it is important that cars are moved away during cleaning. We agree the date early enough for residents to be notified in advance. If the courtyard needs cleaning several times a year, we can agree a regular schedule.
Do you clean multi-storey car parks and underground garages?
Yes. Before the work, tell us the entrance height and the number of floors, so we can assess how the machine will get in. In a garage, it is important that the spaces are as empty as possible during cleaning. A large multi-storey car park can be done floor by floor or in sections.
When is the best time for spring cleaning?
As soon as the snow has gone and the weather allows. The longer sand and gravel stay on the surface, the more they grind down and create dust. Demand is high in spring, so send your enquiry early and we will agree a date.
How often should a car park or courtyard be cleaned?
It depends on the traffic volume and how much debris collects in the area. For some areas, spring cleaning is enough. A heavily used area needs regular maintenance. For regular maintenance, we agree a schedule, so you do not need to place a separate order each time.
What does vacuum sweeping cost?
It depends mainly on the size of the area, the amount of dirt, the surface type and access. It also depends on whether the work is one-off or regular, and whether cleaning must be done at night. We give an exact quote based on a description of the area or a site visit.
Starting roadworks, construction or an event?
Send us the location and work dates and we will send you a quote.
